也许可以这么想，就算我们改变不了父权体制，我们也改变了我们的生活，成为了更令自己喜欢的自己，这样的回报也值得自己付出努力了，批判自己应该是一种害怕未知的情绪的体现， 如果我们能确实的知道努力能带来的，想必就不会那么容易批判自己了

第二个分享非常感同身受，生活中无处不在的男权毒瘤，据我自身的感受来说，即使是受过高等教育的医生，老师，律师等不乏厌女的言论，包括音频中提高的女性老师说“女孩子就是学不好理科 找个人嫁了就行”这样的例子身边也比比皆是。
正如楼上有一位姐妹所说我们改变不了父权体制，我们也改变不了大多数人固有观念。但至少我们自己应该认识到，很多时候男权压制女性给女性带来种种负面影响，不是我们的过错，我们没必要怀疑自己。
